E komo mai (Welcome)!!!🤙 Kona Isle is known for the beautiful grounds and Lava rock Beach front property. It is managed extremely well and the best part is along the Ocean, with BBQ's, Picnic tables, Lounge chairs, Chairs, Saltwater pool and the Ocean splashing right in front of you! The Sunsets are absolutely beautiful and hearing the waves adds to the serenity and experience. Make new friends while relaxing and BBQing.
It is in a great location and is only a 20-30 minute walk to town and usually a 3-6 minute drive. Kailua-Kona has many Restaurants, Shops, Fishing, Boating, Snorkeling, Biking and Ocean Activities to ENJOY, or just relax and veg..
It's a vacation that will be memorable! Be prepared for fun. The Host is very responsive and expects everyone to enjoy Paradise. All questions are welcome.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. We used the pool often during our two week stay. The property is well maintained and has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets.The proximity to kona attractions was very good. The host/ manager was very responsive to any questions we had and was lightning fast ( within hours) replacing a coffee maker that stopped working during our stay. Having a platter or two to bring to the barbecue area would help, but we managed fine. A working fan in living room may reduce use of AC unit but we were comfortable throughout our stay.

If you are planning to stay at the condo most of the time, this is a good condo, because you can leave the AC on in the afternoon. If you leave during the day, he asks you to turn off the living room window AC unit. When we returned back to the condo at 7:30pm and turned on the AC, the condo was so hot, it couldn't cool the condo down. We ran it all night long and never pulled back the blankets or sheets the whole week we were there, because it was so hot. We would have enjoyed our stay so much more, if the temperature at bedtime would have been 15 degrees cooler.The condo grounds are lovely. We used the BBQs by the ocean and had dinner on the picnic tables watching the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. It was really nice having an assigned parking place.
