Kona Isle B31

The unit was clean, organized, and the rules and expectations were very clear. We (three adults, family) had adequate space for the three of us, and used the little deck that had a peekaboo view of the ocean. I would both recommend this place and stay there again. There is a small beach on the property, which is a very short one minute walk from our unit, where we watch the sunset every night. There are two different types of chairs. You can sit on at this location, but many people just sat on the rocks. There are also several barbecues available, which we did not use. There is an excellent little convenience store next-door that had everything a person could need to grab. It looks possibly family owned. My daughter went for a run several times on the jogging path right on the main road with the property is. We had a question about the property and just texted and received an answer pretty quickly, which was very convenient and simple. We had no problems or issues and highly recommend this cute, clean condo that has everything you need.

Like I said, we enjoyed our stay, don't have any serious complaints, we'd stay there again and we recommend staying there. That said, there were a few, very minor things that could have been a little better. The pullout sofa-bed was not uncomfortable, but also wasn't incredibly comfortable or luxurious. This was not a problem for us and we still recommend the place because we never expected a pull out bed to be luxurious. It did make a little noise every time you moved and shifted a little. We couldn't find a can opener and had to buy one (it did have literally everything else we needed.) We did leave it there so now there is a can opener. The knives were dull. The bedroom gets very warm, compared to the rest of the house, and in order to keep it cool you have to set up two fans in a certain way. But it did work and kept the room pretty cool! Basically the condo is not brand new and a little older and comes with the things one would expect from an older unit. Little quirks here and there. But we really enjoyed our stay, and do recommend the condo… It's served our needs very well and we were very happy with it

I Will send a review soon! Everything was pretty good. Great location, beautiful landscaping. Clean condo with exception of lots of ants. Had everything we needed and more. Very very happy about that. Very impressed with how comfortable the beds were even the pull out couch bed ! Laundry was very helpful to have. Check in instructions were easy. The welcome book was very helpful to find grocery, dining attractions etc. Cons/ I was Sad that the salt water pool in the pictures was not the same. It was very murky and gross ( a local did say it fills up in the winter and is beautiful.) had the local not told me that I would have felt very misled. I would add that to the description of the salt water pool picture so people know what to expect. No elevator. It wasn’t too bad but quite a lot of work getting everything up there and later hauling groceries. It is very very quiet after 8pm and a friend and I were up talking quietly on the patio and must have bothered someone. We went I side but I I felt bad that we couldn’t be out there enjoying our time. It was a Saturday evening, so that was a little disheartening. I’m glad I didn’t have my younger children with me, because I don’t think the usual community there would have liked it. Our neighbors had a water issue and needed to borrow water which was fine and we were happy to help but I felt bad for them as they were older, had not been there in a while and manageant came to turn on faucets but they still had no water. Not sure what was going on. I hope they got it figured out. Overall, it was a great experience and just as beautiful as the photos show! I would give a solid 8 out of 10
