Very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. There was management on site but also a company that we would contact online or by phone.
Please be aware that the a/c was only in the living room. With the fans supplied we discovered a system to push the cooler air from the living room down to the bedroom.

It was nice to have a view of the ocean from the patio. Enjoyed having the BBQ's. Air conditioning worked great. Dissappointed in the salt water pool next door, looked much cleaner and attractive in photos.

The location was perfect for us. Quiet with clean well maintained grounds and pool. We would definitely come back.

I saw a cockroach on day 2. Killed it hoping that's be the only one. Day 3 I saw 3 more and on day 4 I open the cabinet to see about 8 cockroaches run through the plates and bowls. At that point I call and told them I was leaving. They said they'd refund me for the remaining days but I have yet to see the refund on my account 3 days later. Really hoping I get it back.
