The view couldn't be better. The condo was very comfortable, well outfitted for our needs. No AC, but we knew that going in. Lots of fans helped. No elevator, that detail I missed when booking, made it a challenge for us 65, but once inside the view made the climb worth it!

A nicely outfitted condo facing the ocean provided a cozy place to stay during our trip to Hawaii. Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets and the sound of waves crashing.

Overall Kona Isle is a beautiful location. Our rental E24 was nice however we made a complaint about the ceiling fan needing to be tightened to the ceiling but it was not resolved due to the property mngmt needing approval from the owner. I understand if it was a matter of replacement but this was a repair and a hazard. We didn't use the ceiling fan so it was pretty hot. The floor fans and box fan provided were so rusty and caked with dirt on the fan blades there was no way we were going to use them so we had to buy new CLEAN fans so as not to breath rust and dirt. Lastly the andvertized lagoon is a joke as it is maintained by the State who doesn't maintain it and It is not safe ti swim in ans it's full of bacteria and green dirty water. It should not be advertised. Aside from that everything else was good. The view was breathtaking the salt water pool on the property was delightful and we spent a lot of time there. After 5 the grills were available (the construction in that area during the day was very quiet).
