room had old and dirty curtains as well as the carpet in the room was old and dirty.

Clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed, air conditioned both main living and bedroom. Great location to pool/ office. Could use new cushions on lanai chairs. Lots of beach accessories provided. Did report trouble with pull out bed from couch and closet door off the runner. They were prompt about repairing. Would rent again.
