Kamaole Sands #4-110 is a ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bath unit with a garden view. It has air-conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two TVs, a Blu-Ray player, complimentary wifi, and telephone service. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. For outdoor enjoyment, Kamaole Sands 4-110 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

This unit is close to the rear gate for the property, which made it easy to get in and out with all our beach gear, groceries, luggage, etc. Kamaole Sands was a great central spot for all our Maui adventures! We were never bothered by noise from other units or the street.The King memory foam mattress was comfy for the adults, and kiddo had no complaints on the living room couch.Kitchen was well appointed, with a large fridge/freezer, basic cooking supplies, and plenty of dishes and drinkware. The knives are a bit dull. The only appliance we pined for was a rice cooker. A variety of tupperware was provided. As in any rental, there's some mismatched tops and bottoms, so make sure you have a lid before filling a container!The starter amenity pack is exactly as described, but the provided sponge is really cheap. If you're cooking much, you'll want a better one. The TP was also quickly replaced with our preferred brand. There are no recycling bins in the unit, but Kamaole Sands has recycling bins on property, so you may want to separate your recyclables yourself.There's a ton of beach gear to use, including chairs, towels, umbrella, beach bag, soft side cooler, ice pack, and snorkel gear! This was great!We have only a few complaints - the layout of the unit itself is long and narrow. This is likely true for all units on the property. Doorways are unusually narrow, toilets are weirdly close to the walls, and both bathrooms are cramped. There's barely room to walk between bed and dresser. If you like to shower with your partner, you're not going to be happy doing it here. We ran out of hot water with back-to-back-to-back showers. The air conditioners are effective but obnoxious - the bedroom one is the LOUDEST thing ever, impossible to run while sleeping, even with earplugs. The living room one turns off after 4 hours. You'll have to play with options to find your comfort zone at night.Overall, we are ha

Construction noise from condo upstairs. No one seemed to know what was going on and property management folks basically did the vague, "oh yeah, I don't know about that but I'll look into it" thing.
On the upside, when the toilet overflowed with soap bubbles (seriously!) they sent maintenance folks over promptly to see to it.
