Welcome to Kamaole Sands 7-206, a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in the heart of South Maui. Located on the second floor of the highly desirable Building 7, this stunning condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your dream island escape.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands! Great communication before our stay. The first morning we walked across the road to the beach and enjoyed the sand, reefs, fish and turtle. Appreciated having beach chairs to use. This was a comfortable and clean with all we needed to enjoy our stay in paradise! Thanks!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We were disappointed with our unit at Kamaole Sands. Overall it gave the impression of being tired, old, and equipped as cheaply as possible, not very welcoming. IE. sheets..not two sets per bed as listed. Set on the Queen were dark grey, a questionable colour for a rental, and cheap micro-fibre, sticky in the hot climate. Second set at least were creamy ( easier to see that they were clean) but also cheap: white cotton sheets are more comfortable and allow for bleaching. Also, the grey sheets were for a king bed so difficult to keep properly tucked in. Two of the area rugs were filthy, needed deep cleaning or replacing. All kitchen equipment was the bare minimum. Living room furniture was very dated and tired. Living room ceiling fan noisy and inefficient compared to bedroom fan. We also found ourselves unwittingly caught in a nasty feud between the Homeowners Assoc and the condo management company that ruined our first few days.
