Your home away from home awaits! This 2 bedroom /2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor and has stunning ocean views! Enjoy cocktails and pupus (appetizers) on your own private lanai, furnished with dining for 4 as well as relaxing, large seating area! Experience true indoor/outdoor living with huge sliders that open from the living room and kitchen to the lanai. Delight in the ocean breezes flowing through the unit! This condo does not offer air conditioning but the does features ceiling fans in every room, wall-to-wall glass sliders in main living space and louvered windows in both bedrooms all to allow the famous Maui trade winds in.
Your primary bedroom features a King size bed and en suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy a second bathroom located just off of the living room and guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted comfortably to an actual king bed upon request. Updated, ocean view kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and service needs and is a heavenly place to create culinary masterpieces.
The living room is complete with Smart TV and a sleeper sofa which makes this unit perfect for the whole family!

We had a great stay at Parkshore Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of three. While there is no air conditioning, we were able to keep cool by having the window slates open and fans on. There was quite a bit of road noise but really didn’t both us sleeping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any pan or utensil we would need. They even had glass storage containers. It’s a wonderful location for kids since it’s right across from Kam III and the building’s pool is so close. The condo itself was also great for kids. There were several toys, games and books along with sand toys and even an infant life jacket. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 6 stayed at the property and it was everything we needed. Exceptional location, property manager was a 10 +, unit was well kept. Definitely would rent again.

We had a great time in Kihei, and this condo was a big reason why. It is in a great location, right across the street from the beach. It had all the amenities we needed and was comfortable for our entire family. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Maui.

I stayed 6 nights with my family. The place is ok. I had some intermittent communication with the host on verb messaging which was very frustrating. They also tried to charge me extra for late checkout although the listing stated free late check out with 5 day booking.
