Maui Parkshore 410 is arguably the most beautiful unit with the best view on the property, this stunning Penthouse unit was just remodeled from top to bottom.
No expense was spared in creating the ultimate vacation rental experience, a 45-second stroll to the golden sand and pristine warm-water swimming and snorkeling at Kamaole II Beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views to the outer islands and beyond from your covered lanai, the ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset refreshments.
Everything is fresh, new, and high-end. A completely new kitchen is outfitted with everything required to prepare and serve your private island feast (with an assist from the gas grill below. Beautiful granite counters with full backsplash compliment a matching island, new cabinets and top of the line appliances. Coffee maker, blender, and other small appliances are included.
Furnishings are a cut above typical vacation rental fare, with luxurious and comfortable seating (and a sleeper sofa) to accommodate six guests. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the incredible views (or Smart TV). Premium cable and lightning-fast Wi-Fi are included. Free assigned parking is convenient to the elevator.
The beautiful Master bedroom features a new King bed and new Grand Resort medium firm bamboo mattress, quality beddings and linens, and an air conditioner. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and an air conditioner. The living room is not airconditioned. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with tiled shower/tubs. The owners have thought of everything to create your ultimate Maui adventure. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler for your on-the-sand adventures just across the street. The condo is maintained in pristine condition.
The Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei's amazing beach culture, and three blocks from the Wailea resorts. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks, and three of Maui's incredible postcard beaches (Kamaole II, Kamaole III and amazing Keawakapu) are close by. We had a wonderful stay at Maui Parkshore. The condo was clean, well equipped, and in a great location right across from the beach. The view was good, and overall the property was very comfortable for our group.There was only one thing that left us a bit confused. We were three people staying in the unit, one adult and two seniors, and the condo came with just one beach umbrella. I asked if we could get one extra umbrella, but the request was declined with the explanation that they only provide one umbrella per unit. I understand that there are policies, but it felt a little inconvenient, especially since friends staying at other nearby resorts had two umbrellas provided for their group.Aside from that, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a bit more flexibility on small things like the beach umbrella, this would easily be a perfect stay.

Host was very easy to work with, no issues checking in or out. Space was well maintained with easy access to the beach. Reserved parking was nice and felt like it was in a safe area. Kind of a busy road during the day which can bring some noise from cars driving by, but no issues crossing when getting to the beach and the noise was always quiet at night. Only issue we ran into within the space was water was extremely slow from the fridge, so we just bought our own bottled water from the general store just down the road. Would consider staying here again next time we decide to visit.
