Our Beach, Kama'ole 3, is a long sandy picturesque beach. You'll find suitable areas for small children and wave hunters alike, equipped with lifeguards, showers, barbecues and tables. Plus, there are several gentle coves with a wonderful snorkeling reef... A haven for whales, turtles and dolphins.
This 1200 square foot Mid Century Maui condo was remodeled in Island Style luxury. Spacious, very bright and beautiful with 16 foot Vaulted Bamboo Ceilings . It is situated horizontally across the front of the top floor, offering a beautiful extensive Ocean/Beach Park view of the Maui coast...... 'Hawaiian Sunsets are the Best' and if you're lucky you might catch a whale or two. There is an elevator for your convenience and a covered assigned parking space.
All furniture is 'Island Aloha Style' of very high quality and decor will make you feel the Aloha spirit.
There is a large well appointed kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The furnishings are top notch and the bedding is lux. (King in Master & 2 Twins in Second bedroom that can be made into a King upon request) and there are 2 Flat Screen smart TV 's and FREE Wireless Broadband Internet is provided along as well as other special features like a sound bar music system.

Sean is a kind, friendly, and thoughtful host with an amazing place right by Kamaole Beach Park III. I did quite a bit of research to find the right neighborhood for us in Maui, and this spot turned out to be absolutely perfect!The beach is so close that we often didn’t even bother bringing towels—it’s just steps away. The unit is well-equipped with plenty of water sports gear and a full kitchen. It’s also an easy walk to the nearest grocery store, a great brunch spot, and the main snorkeling dock.This location is a perfect hub for exploring Maui—you can enjoy the beach just outside the unit without being in a resort, and you’ll have easy access to OGG Airport, Hana, Paia, Lahaina, and many of the island’s top recommended restaurants.Being a top corner unit with big windows and super high ceilings, you can still enjoy the feeling of being outside even when you’re indoors. The building is very quiet, making it perfect for travelers who want to feel at home in Maui—those who prefer occasional cooking, relaxing, and enjoying a peaceful stay rather than the busy resort or hotel vibe. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place for our family visit to Maui - right across the road to the beach, and easy access to all parts of the island by rental car.A lovely condo with excellent decor and perfect for making good family memories!

Perfect size for a small family and has everything you could possibly need, HOWEVER, the AC is limited to 4-hr timers (which wasn't mentioned in the listing) and the homeless and mentally-ill population in the area is out of control. We were miserable in the unit, as the temps were high all week and we'd come home to a unit that was even hotter inside that it was outside. No matter what we tried, the temps inside would not come down to a comfortable temp until 3-4 am. All of the ceiling and pedestal fans were extremely weak. Even on the high setting, you could not feel any air coming from them. I can honestly say that we were happiest when we were away from the unit, and we dreaded heading back anytime we were gone more than 4 hrs, because we knew we were going to be walking into a sauna. The timers were ABSURD. The unit was fairly clean, except I'm positive that the sheets were neither changed nor washed between the previous guest's departure and our arrival. The sheets smelled of body odor and there were physical signs of soiling. Also the bathrooms reeked of urine. The unit is in a great location. It's right in the middle of everything. The only problem we had with the location was the number of homeless and mentally-ill people living at and hanging around the park 24/7. We were verbally accosted by them numerous times. I would NOT feel comfortable having my wife or daughter walk across the street to the beach/park alone, especially early in the morning or after sunset.
