Make yourself at home at this cute little house in the highly desirable West Bradenton community of Palma Sola Park situated on Palma Sola Bay! This incredible location allows you to bike to Robinson Preserve or enjoy Anna Maria Island beaches only six miles away. There is a public park in the community with a fishing pier where you can catch a glimpse of manatees and dolphins. Other great attractions include Palma Sola Botanical Park, Robinson Preserve Tower, Emerson Point Preserve, G.T. Bray Park, and so much more.
This home is well laid out so it feels spacious. Upon entering, you will encounter a vast, split open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. House was very nice, with modern appliances and large outdoor patio to lounge. Bedrooms were equipped with comfortable beds and nice furniture.

The location of the house is in a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is a short walk to the lagoon attached to the bay. People show up each morning at the park to see manatee and dolphins which was fun. The house is also close by shopping and a short drive to the beach and Anna Maria Island. In fact centrally located between Bradenton and Sarasota and many activities and restaurants.
There were a couple new appliances in the kitchen, and the older ones were fine. New furniture in the living room and screened in porch and tv’s in the living room and master bedroom.
There is an 800 number to call if you have any questions or needs.
We would stay again.

There are a few things that need to be improved on this new rental. First the pros: comfortable beds, convenient location, nice neighborhood, great water pressure and hot water.
Cons: The door they have the keypad on to enter is a back door. This requires you go through the side gate and around back every time you enter or exit the house. And at night it is very very dark. Not sure why they don’t have the front door as the main entrance. Second, many pots and pans were unusable and frankly very gross. Then we found rice and shredded cheese on top of one of the comforters.
Lastly the master bedroom closet door was not attached well and fell off.
I think after a little more attention to detail, this will be a great rental.
