This place was spectacular! Our host, Darla, replied quickly to emails, and provided a door code before we arrived, which worked perfectly. This place is the best rental home I have ever rented, and our friends agree. We were two couples, and the place worked perfectly, with 2 large bedrooms, one at each side of the property. There was a full bath in the master bedroom area, and the main hall bath was right outside of the door of the 2nd large bedroom. There was also a third bedroom with twin beds. The whole house was updated, spectacularly clean, and set up for comfort. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The host provided bathroom products and plenty of towels. Cute little baskets of snacks and a large variety box of tea was provided. The host also provided beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and even an umbrella. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookie sheets, a colander, baking dishes, etc. There was even a golf cart for us to use for tooling around the area! The house was located on the mainland, but very close to the Cortez bridge to Anna Maria Island, convenient to stores and restaurants and LeCom park, the site of the Pirates Spring Training Games, which was our primary reason for being there. The surrounding area felt safe, and provided a nice place to take our daily walk. We were close to the inlet, with a little park right up the street, which was great for watching the beautiful sunsets. Thank you Darla for a great week!

We were surprised at the complimentary snacks, bathroom sundry items and waters in fridge. Darla is very hospitable and cares about her renters. We also liked the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed sipping a glass of wine by fire pit on the back patio. The house is near Cortez Fishing Village where you can get fresh seafood to take home and cook or eat at the restaurant, also close to grocery stores.
The bathrooms could have more hooks for hanging pj's and towels. Also more storage in the bedrooms/bathrooms for clothes if you're staying longer, but it's still a great house.

Great facilities within the property. Lots of personal touches. Very clean and modern. Great hosts. Super outside seating area.
One shower possibly could have been hotter.
