About this apartment rental
This beautiful home has recently been renovated inside and out. Located just a 10 minute drive to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and 15 minutes to Downtown Bradenton puts this home right in the middle of unlimited shops, restaurants, and activities. As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open floor plan with family room, kitchen, and living room which all open out to a large screened patio and pool through french doors. All three bedrooms are very large furnished with 1 king bed in the master, 1 queen and 2 twin-size beds in the guest bedrooms. These two guest bedrooms share a beautifully remodeled bathroom with soaking tub. The master en-suite bath has a large walk-in shower and closet. The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar opens out to the patio via french doors and is equipped for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a serene and quiet atmosphere out by the pool overlooking the lake or try some fishing off the dock.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 7 night minimum reservation required and must be Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

We love this place its very comfortable Only need the screen for mosquitos in the pool .But we understand beacuse the storm make damages on it.I know soon they will fix it.

The property is beautiful and the lake and the pool were definitely a plus. Unfortunately, MANY outlets and switches in the home did not work and I couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue, even with changing the light bulbs. The pool screen was torn and there were many mosquitos finding their way in at night. The grill looks to be used and not cleaned and there is a large black smoke stain on the wall above the grill. There is also a neighbor that has a daughter that frequently rang our doorbell and looked in our windows and also climbed on the back dock and got into the pool cage and was looking in the back glass doors. Even after speaking to the mother and the property manager it continued to happen. It’s unfortunate because we did enjoy the property aside from the issues but we don’t plan to return on future stays.
