Lots of Restaurants & Shopping Nearby. The Manatee Duplex offers 2 Full Baths, 2 Bedrooms, A Large Sofa Sleeper, Full/Twin Bunkbed/Daybed in the Florida Room. Comfortably Sleeps 6-8 People. Big Fenced in Private Backyard, Patio, Table, Chairs, Umbrella, Sun Loungers, Gas Grill, Beach Accessories to take to the Nearby Beaches. Plenty of Parking for a Boat/Trailer.

we had a very nice stay here about 30 minutes from Ana Maria Island. There is a beautiful inground pool with screen enclosure that is shared with another party next door as this is a duplex house. It has a bunch of rooms, TVs, everything you need we did not have to buy anything very convenient. The best for me was being able to bring my small dog. I recommend this stay to anyone looking to save a few dollars bring a small dog and grill outside of the pool. BBQ grill was furnished as well. We didn't mind driving 30 minutes to the beach it was a nice stay at the manatee and will return the next time. Thankyou!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. We loved hanging out by the pool, the house is comfortable and cozy, well equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen supplies etc., and only 7 or 8 minutes to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. Hope we can stay again in the future!

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to Supermarkets and beaches. It was very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Propane tanks were full and the grill was clean. My only disappointing experience is that I was told the pool was heated and I trusted that when booked the house. The pool never heated and with the cold weather it was completely unusable.
