In the heart of Downtown New Braunfels. Walk to 14 restaurants within 4 blocks. The Pour Haus bar and music venue is right around the corner. Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise on the wide front porch. During the day, take a stroll through the streets of downtown where there is plenty of shopping, bowling and pool tables to keep you entertained. Grab a drink and bowl a game or two at the Downtown Social right around the corner or sit back and relax listening to local musicians at the Pour Haus. Float the Comal River - 3 blocks away. Visit the Railroad Museum or check out the live performance events at the Brauntex Theater. Play golf on the Landa Park course. Ride the Landa Park mini-train. Play mini-golf at Landa Park. Shop at the outlets in San Marco. Visit the Alamo in San Antonio. Visit the site of the former Pearl Brewery in San Antonio where you will find restaurants, hotels and shops. There are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are three king beds and 2 bunk beds with a full bed below and a twin on top of each. Also, an eat-in kitchen and large living area to relax in after a day on the river. The backyard offers plenty of space to sit out and play games. This house is perfect for large families or groups!
There is tons of music within a 5-minute walk. Visit the Pour Haus, Phoenix Saloon, Krauses, Black Whale Pub, Watering Hole, Krause German beer hall, Downtown Social. Moonshine and Ale piano bar is live on Thursday-Saturday. These are all one to two blocks from the house.
Go out to Canyon Lake (a 20 minute drive). Go boating, jet skiing, water skiing. Hike the gorge at Canyon Lake. Go fishing. Walk across the Canyon damn.
Go fly fishing on the Guadalupe River in Gruene. Hire a fishing guide at Gruene River Outfitters.
