We provide a very spacious home with over 2,100 sq ft with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 baths. A large master suite and luxurious Master bath with separate shower and claw foot tub. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Enjoy the spacious backyard for get-togethers with your family and friends under the big shade trees with a barbeque and horseshoe pit for fun and games. The suite in the back has a queen bed and futon in the living room. Kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
New Braunfels is but a few minutes away, as well as Canyon Lake. Float the Comal River or enjoy your day at Schlitterbahn, rated as the Worlds #1 water park. Other popular activities include Golfing, fishing, antiquing or shopping at one of the best outlet malls in the State, only 15 minutes drive to San Marcos. We are backyard hanging out people. This place had so much space. Would have loved to have been able to enjoy the fire pit, but we still have warm notes.

Large house with a connected guest wing. They share a hallway. Plenty of room for all your friends and family. Very clean with a farmhouse vibe. Beautiful updated older home. Great backyard space with a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and plenty of seating. Easy walking distance to historic Gruene. Also there is a nice bar right next door that usually has a food truck. We had a great time!

Our stay was great and very close to nearby family! We were able to walk to downtown Gruene and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The house is older but does not lack in charm. Overall a great stay.
