Our stay at your home was such a GREAT experience. The location was perfect as it was close to grocery stores, restaurants (downtown Gruene is just minutes away) and it was close to where we were able to put in for tubing. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was very well taken care of and stocked with plenty of extras. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out, room for playing games and space outside for spending time together. I would highly recommend staying at this home!! We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We planned a family vacation with adult children from out of state. I wanted them to enjoy the hill country and cool clear waters of Texas rivers. We were only a few miles from Texas Tubes, and Gruene. There was an HEB Plus nearby for groceries. There was terrific outdoor and entertaining spaces in the front and back. Most impressive was the great smell upon entering. The bed I slept in was like my one at home plus extra blankets and pillows were offered. Instructions for check in and booklet provided had really detailed information. Requested a 2 hour later check out and was accommodated with a quick response. Will definitely be back to stay if I have another large group of people to keep together. I believe we all had a fantastic time.

First off, I would like to share that the owners are so easy to work with and responsive. They wanted to make sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. The home sits on a large lot with fire pits both in the back and front yard. Super close drive into town for shopping, dining and river rafting.It has a fully equipped kitchen with ample dishes, utensils and appliances. The center island was our favorite spot to hang out and gather with views of all the common areas. We loved the living room with comfortable couches to stretch out on and the large dining area allowed us to all gather for our meals. Everyone one of us slept like babies in the super comfortable beds with high end linens. The large bathrooms have plenty of plush towels and includes makeup wash clothes! Lastly, they have provided a wonderful set up of ping pong table, dart game and a large screen TV in the garage for those rainy days where you might need to come inside! All of this was a nice surprise, as they have not had time to add it into their description. Thank you, we will be back!
