About this house rental
Welcome to The Lakeside Blessing on Lake Dunlap, a spacious waterfront retreat made for gathering with the people you love. With sleeping accommodations for 18+guests, two living areas, lake-view balconies on every level, and a private dock, this inviting home offers a beautiful setting for celebrations, family getaways, and memories by the water. The large concrete outdoor area and grassy yard offer space to gather, while the private dock brings your stay right to the water’s edge.
*Approved events allowed with an event fee.

No pets
No unapproved parties or events (An event is subject to approval and a fee)
Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there`s a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you`d like a copy before booking (we can`t attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (9 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 6 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
