With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a refreshing outdoor shower, the home sits directly on the Lake Dunlap section of the spring-fed Guadalupe River.

Feeling adventurous? Take out one of the provided kayaks (2 adult, 1 double, 2 kids), a canoe, or one of the 2 stand-up paddleboards. Float the day away on the inflatable island or enjoy the easy water access via stairs for swimming and lounging. Of course, there's always the classic lake move — a good ol’ jump right in!
