Nice location, lots of room in the condo, balcony overlooking the bay, in-condo laundry with supplies, and accessible parking. However, it was listed as no pets yet there was pet hair on the couch and my wife's pet allergies flared up.

When I tell you this is the PERFECT spot, I mean it! It is right across the street from the water and a cool hotel with an awesome outdoor bar. You can walk to all of the shopping easily (just a few blocks) And it is quiet and peaceful. There are stairs which we did not realize from the listing. Stairs to get to the condo and then stairs in the condo to get to the bed rooms. But there is a great outdoor balcony that faces the water. We will be back!

We had a really great stay. This condo is perfect for two couples as both bedrooms are ensuite – a rare find. It made for a very comfortable stay. The queen mattress was comfortable and I thought the pillows were a step above what you’d find in a rental. The condo was very clean. There was a ton of paper and cleaning supplies. I was prepared to go purchase extra TP, paper towels, etc, but never needed to. Plus, soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, and cotton balls were provided. The shower in the queen room is quite small, so just keep this in mind when choosing your bedroom! The washer/dryer is upstairs with the bedrooms which is very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped which we realized while cooking several meals. We were shocked to even find a salad spinner and crock pot which we used! There is both a Keurig AND coffee pot. The pictures made the kitchen look small to me, but it's spacious -- fine for multiple cooks. The sectional in the living area was great because there was plenty of seating for all four of us. There are free Roku channels or you can stream any platform. The location was also incredible. Beautiful unobstructed views of the bay. We were less than ten minutes by foot to restaurants, bars, and shopping on Front St. It seemed like every out-of-town thing we wanted to see was just 30-60 min away which was fantastic. Having a dedicated parking spot was great! If we come back to Traverse City, we’d definitely seek this place out.
