Built in 2004 and renovated in 2018, this three bedroom condo is located within walking distance from Traverse City's best shopping, dining and nightlife. The West Bay's beautiful sandy beaches are a short walk away. The condo is next to the TART trail system, and across the street from a large park with a playground (and skating rink in the winter). Wineries, golf courses, and dunes are just a short drive away.

The first floor contains a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, half bathroom, and spacious living/dining area. The second floor contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and two balconies that overlook a park.

The condo is located in a prime spot, walking distance to the parks and restaurants, but removed enough from downtown that you don't have to worry about traffic or parking. I had a family of 6, (2 kids, husband and I and my parents) and the condo was spacious enough to not feel tight. Everything was organized and clean. My kids enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the park. The neighborhood felt really safe and clean too. We recommend this property for families or couples getaway.
