About this house rental
Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Traverse City in the Bay Park condominiums. This second-floor, two-level condo features three bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms, welcoming up to eight guests.
There is a bright, open, living/dining room area with a balcony and a view of F&M Park. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a single sofa bed in the living room. All of the bedrooms have room-darkening shades—great for sleeping in!
F&M Park is directly across the street and is perfect for having a picnic or letting the kids play on the spacious playground. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Rent a bike and hop on the Tart Trail that runs for miles. With festivals and fairs, wineries and breweries, and so much more, Traverse City is a great place to explore with something for everyone!

Nicely furnished condo with amazing room-darkening shades. Kitchen is well-appointed and the location is walkable to downtown TC and a few beaches. It’s the second time we have stayed in this property and we would stay again. Jamie G.

This Park Avenue rental had everything we needed for our sisters' weekend. It had enough space, and had all of the amenities you'd need for the weekend. It was even walking distance from downtown, which really helped. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was fabulous. Within walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of room for 4 single girls. It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.
