This is a no smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet, spacious 1200 sq ft condo with contemporary décor. The living area includes a gas fireplace, open dining area, modern kitchen, half bath and balcony on one floor. On the top floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a master bath with large walk- in shower, laundry area , second bedroom with a queen bed and a full futon and a second bathroom with shower and tub. There is also a queen- size sofa bed in the living area.
Located in the heart of Mid-Town – this property is Noiseaware monitored in a casual, cozy, community neighborhood . Close to grocery store, Round’s -TC’s oldest diner, as well as Potter’s - TC’s oldest bakery, drugstore, and bank. (All within a block.) Nested 6 blocks from the beach on beautiful Grand Traverse Bay and minutes to TC’s Civic Center -ice arena/ hockey rink, walking/ biking trails, park with picnic areas, playground area. The TART trail (bicycling/walking), is close as well – 5 blocks.

Home was good…but need to disclose the steps into the home. Also the issue with the electric the 1st night - but was good the 2nd night.

Rooms were very clean and location was great. Be advised there are 2 flights of stairs….one going in to main area and another up to sleeping area. Also parking for a second vehicle was not free and over a mile away.
