Great stay. Walk to parks, the bay, and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood behind for walking too. Loved the rooftop patio! Most everything we needed was there. We did have to buy toilet paper as there wasn’t enough for a 2 week stay. Everything was spic and span except the shower grout. Would definitely recommend if you want to be in town.

Perfect location in Traverse! Enough removed from the downtown area but still walkable within 15-20 minutes. Nice amenities and very clean; exactly as listed. Owners are very responsive! Easy check in/out with no crazy asks for renters. Will be staying again.

Upon checking into this unit we were very surprised to see that the second "bedroom" was in fact a windowless room with no egress window or closet. I emailed the property management company who replied promptly saying the bedroom was a non-conforming bedroom. I was quite uncomfortable having my two young children sleep in a room with no emergency egress / windows. Just beware that the second "bedroom" is a windowless box.
Lastly, while the building was quite new, the unit could use a deep clean. We encountered lots of sticky spots on the floors and the baseboards and windowsills needed a good dusting.
To their credit, the property management team was very responsive, check-in and out were a breeze and the instructions were very clear.
