The whole place has been recently renovated and redecorated with great taste, cich style and special attention in maintaining the typical features of the original Florentine homes, such as the exposed wooden beams, the finely decorated hand painted walls and the stone niches and details in the rooms.
The apartment in set on two levels.
On the ground floor you'll find the spacious and bright living area, with parquet floors, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a glass dining table. From the living room’s window a stunning view of the Duomo will surely enchant you!
The small kitchen is modern, featuring marble panels and equipped with everything you may need to cook your own meals at home.
Last but not least, on the ground floor you'll also find a newly redone bathroom.
An elegant staircase leads to the first floor where the two bedrooms are set. Both very romantic and classy, the bedrooms are equipped with large closets, night tables and queen size beds. One bedroom is infact a real suite, thanks to the presence of its private bathroom.
From one of the bedrooms you'll also have access to the outdoor terrace, with a nice view over Florence's rooftops.
A third bathroom can be found in the upstairs corridor.

Loved the proximity. Views were mesmerizing. The common areas were nice. Comfortable. Clean. Beautiful rooftop veranda off one bedroom was a nice touch. The whole house was very clean and furnishings were ok. Beds were not very comfortable, but ok. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have any impairments, you will not be able to get to bedrooms. The elevator is very small. Convenient, but would not fit a wheelchair or most strollers. It fits 2 people or one person and some carry on luggage. Just fyi because the booking is not clear. This really is a lovely view of the duomo. Within half block of it and all the action. You can walk to uffizi, train station, academia, bridge etc. wonderful location.
