This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a characteristic building set on Via dei Cimatori, a lovely street nestled between the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio.
The whole place has just been renovated and redecorated with great taste. Every detail in this apartment has been wisely chosen combining Tuscan tradition and design features: high ceilings and marvelous wooden floors are featured in every room, combined with contemporary style in furniture and modern details. The whole place exudes a typical and welcoming charme.
The entrance opens onto a small corridor, leading to the bright and spacious open space living area, equipped with a cozy couch, flat screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. Natural light literally floods the place thanks to the two bright windows.
This apartment can accommodate up to four guests thanks to the two bedrooms.
The master bedroom, spacious and luminous, features a comfortable queen size bed, closet and dresser, as well as a lovely private balcony, overlooking Florence's rooftops and equipped with a tiny coffee table, for you o be able to enjoy breakfast outside or just relax in the evening, with the majestic view of Orsanmichele's church right in front of you! The second bedroom features a couple of single beds, closet and dresser, and also boasts a close-up view of the Duomo's Cupola!

My family and I were very happy with this apartment. It’s location is excellent and right in the heart Florence’s sites, shopping, and restaurants. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go... A nice change from the expensive taxis we had to take in other parts of Italy. Also, the apartment is well cared for and the management company was easy to deal with.
BUT, there are 78 tall and steep stairs that you need to climb to get to the apartment. We are a group of two fit adults and two teenage athletes who are very used to stairs. (We quickly, easily climb every tower and dome we can find in cities and love the experience.) The stairs leading to this apartment are so steep you’re almost stepping straight up rather than half up and half forward like a normal stair. Although this was only a fraction of the 500 stairs I usually climb in my gym workout, my legs burned every time I climbed the steep 78 stairs to this apartment. We didn’t mind and found experience interesting and kind of amusing. But if you have any difficulty at all climbing stairs (remember you will be carrying luggage/groceries sometimes) or are bringing along small children with strollers, you might want to look for another apartment.
Overall, if your group is in good physical shape and can climb 78 unusually steep stairs without assistance, I highly recommend this apartment.
