A fully-equipped kitchen can be stocked with your favorite foods prior to arrival by contacting Lowcountry Grocery Runner, or you can grocery shop in nearby Coligny Plaza. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

This property is exactly like the pictures and description. The pool and hot tub are terrific. Direct access to the beach. Just a a block or two from Coligny Plaza. Hilton Head Island is the perfect beach town. I would love to come back again soon.

Great location, well kept complex. Nice pool, great beach access. We spotted dolphins from the balcony! Great layout and well stocked- would definitely return.

Perfect spot to rent for a family! Super clean and had everything you’d need! Plenty of room to spread out. Pool is one of the best ones I’ve seen at a condo. Only downside to the whole condo is the queen mattress is rough to sleep on, other than that it’s the perfect spot!
