The private balcony can be accessed from the living area or the primary bedroom.
The living area is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances and ample counter space.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and access to the 2nd bath, also with a tub/shower combination.

Overall I liked the location and layout. Two cabinet drawers in the kitchen were somewhat jammed, and the one bedroom smelled like a used litter box to me for some reason every time I walked into it, but I was able to get over it after a few minutes. Otherwise we all loved it

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable and right on the beach! Great location just south of Coligny Beach and a short drive to our favorite restaurants.
