Enjoy a comfortable stay in this inviting home just a short walk from the entrance of Busch Gardens. The property offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite master bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. There’s plenty of room to relax both indoors and outdoors, including ample private parking and a large backyard ideal for unwinding.
Please note: An RV is parked in the backyard with a long term tenant who lives there. She keeps to herself and is rarely on the property, so your stay will not be affected.

The property is regularly treated with professional pest control; however, occasional sightings may still occur. Host was very quick to respond. House was just as listed, very clean and well stocked. Close to Busch Gardens.We only stayed one night after attending the park so very glad it was close as we were very tired. Check in was easy and will stay again when we are in the area.

What a lovely property! Lots of room, very clean, nice back porch and fenced yard. Very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the hosts. We would gladly stay there again.

Our host was very quick to respond and VERY helpful. I would recommend this location for sure if you are planning to visit Busch Gardens as it is a walkable distance to the entrance. The property is a little dated and needs some updating, but overall I would stay here again. There is someone living in the camper behind the house, but they are related to the owner and available to assist us if needed. We were just not warned about the individual living back there, so it startled us a bit when we saw the lights on in the camper as well as someone walking through the backyard. Again, however, I would for sure recommend staying here and will do so again in the future if we visit Tampa again.
