It is a cozy unit that is nicely decorated. Jay is a good host. Responded quickly to texts. The AC worked very well. The location is perfect for UCF and Brush Gardens. Parking was easy and close to the building

It’s by far the coziest place I’ve stayed for an amazing and fair rate. Clean. Quiet. Host is friendly and polite.

The apartment was big and there was enough space for 5 people.
The area is not very nice and it wasn’t easy to find. The bedsheets were clean but the rest of the house wasn’t.
