Such a great location. We could see Busch gardens. Well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our short trip. Jay was easy to contact and pleasant to talk too, even though it was late!
Some of the furniture a little battered / bruised but, we would stay here again. Definitely!
Lack if tv in bedrooms to chill out bwfore sleep. But was a minor issue easily overcome.

It is a cozy unit that is nicely decorated. Jay is a good host. Responded quickly to texts. The AC worked very well. The location is perfect for UCF and Brush Gardens. Parking was easy and close to the building

The apartment was big and there was enough space for 5 people.
The area is not very nice and it wasn’t easy to find. The bedsheets were clean but the rest of the house wasn’t.
