Caribbean style estate is large and designed for family & friends to enjoy and relax in while vacationing in the Tampa / Clearwater / St Pete community. Located across the street from Busch Garden's Adventure Island water park. You can walk to either park in minutes! This charming home has been completed remodeled, most everything is new from the roof to the hardwood floors. The furniture selection and floor plan design have all been well-thought-out to provide maximum relaxation. There are two master bedrooms, one of which has a full bath. Bathrooms are completely new and beautiful. Two bathrooms are important when gatherings are large. Home features a huge entertainment area surrounding the well-appointed kitchen. There are 3 flat-screen TVs; 50', & two 30' with soundbars. Cable TV and high-speed internet, Wi-Fi. There are 2 patios and a front porch with rocking chairs! Backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees; papaya, avocado, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, 4 mango trees. All fenced in to give you seclusion and peace.
Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 45 minutes away ( St. Pete beaches, Clearwater). Location is central to all Tampa's best attractions; Airport, Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Casino, USF University, Stadium, & major highways (275 & 75). Check out City Pass for deals on entry to Zoo, Busch Gardens, and Aquarium.

The house was nice, clean, and COLD. It was refreshing to have enough space for everyone and be comfortable. Mr. Sid met us at the house and gave us a tour. The location was perfect for the events we planned. Across the street is Adventure Island and around the corner Busch Gardens. We were able to walk to Busch Gardens which was perfect. Parking was not cheap our first day so we decided walking would work. The air conditioning is SUPERB! The kitchen was good for its intended use. Everything was good. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. I loved that there were two separate areas to lounge around and watch TV. The screened porch was where I spent a lot of time. It was nice and even had a fan to help alleviate some of the heat. My 16 month old enjoyed the slide on the playset. The set needs to be updated but the slide did the job. Lots of lizards, but they move out of the way quickly (I like critters so they didn’t bother me). I am hoping to stay here every year we visit Tampa. I loved our stay!

We had to come to the area under terrible circumstances. My brother was sent to Moffitt Cancer Center to find out about his cancer. We had relatives come from South Florida to spend some time with us too. The house was amazing for all of us! We grilled in the backyard and had many dinners on the covered porch. It has everything you need in the house. Sid was even very gracious to extend our stay 3 nights because we had to stay longer. I definitely recommend renting this house. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Dish washer was broken when we went to us it. Street in front of the house was very busy and load. Got charged for extra cleaning after leaving for dirt on the gound.
