Caribbean style estate is large and designed for family & friends to enjoy and relax in while vacationing in the Tampa / Clearwater / St Pete community. Located across the street from Busch Garden's Adventure Island water park. You can walk to either park in minutes! This charming home has been completed remodeled, most everything is new from the roof to the hardwood floors. The furniture selection and floor plan design have all been well-thought-out to provide maximum relaxation. There are two master bedrooms, one of which has a full bath. Bathrooms are completely new and beautiful. Two bathrooms are important when gatherings are large. Home features a huge entertainment area surrounding the well-appointed kitchen. There are 3 flat-screen TVs; 50', & two 30' with soundbars. Cable TV and high-speed internet, Wi-Fi. There are 2 patios and a front porch with rocking chairs! Backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees; papaya, avocado, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, 4 mango trees. All fenced in to give you seclusion and peace.
Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 45 minutes away ( St. Pete beaches, Clearwater). Location is central to all Tampa's best attractions; Airport, Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Casino, USF University, Stadium, & major highways (275 & 75). Check out City Pass for deals on entry to Zoo, Busch Gardens, and Aquarium.

Had four couples and plenty of space for all of us and the place was super clean and landlords very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!
