Nice, modest place in La Verkin that is close to Zion and other things to do. We kept very cool during a heat spike, and had plenty of room to relax. One note for families: one of the twin beds in room 3 is a “pirate ship” bunk that’s a little awkward to climb into, so it’s probably best suited for younger kids.

The house had everything. The beds were comfy.Our only negative was that we couldn't control the temp in the house. A few mornings were chilly. Also the one shower was hard to turn off and it dripped a bit. The location to Zion was perfect. toturnoff

We stayed here so we could visit Zion National Park. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Was able to make breakfast before heading earliy to do some hiking. Was able to wash clothes before leaving. 30 min ish drive to Zion Park.

Property had everything to make us feel like at home. Location was relatively close to Zion and in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
