Overall, our stay in this home was great. We have no major complaints and would consider staying here again, but did want to point out some things that weren't quite what we had anticipated.
Pros
The space is very clean, the beds are quite comfortable, parking is provided in the driveway which makes access very easy and convienent and there are plenty of extra pillows, sheets, towels, etc. so the entire family (2 adults and 2 teens) had what we needed for the stay. There is a hair dryer provided and shampoo and conditioner (2 very small bottles), and a bar of soap. No additional toiletries were there for our use.
Cons
The kitchen could use some additional tools. A big reason we stay in VRBO's instead of hotels is so we can cook our own meals and we ran into some obstacles. There are no knives provided, except steak knives, which could use some sharpening. There also is not a cutting board provided. We had to use steak knives to cut/prep our food on a cookie sheet so we didn't damage the counters or tables. (Might be why the steak knives need to be sharpened.)
The trash can in the kitchen is small. I would call it bathroom size. Had to take the trash out quite often, which is not an issue, except no additional trash bags were provided. We had to use grocery bags, which were too small for the can provided, and messy. There is no garbage disposal so all unfinished food had to go in the trash. Again, not an issue, but we didn't have bags that fit the can so it was more difficult than it needed to be.
Refrigerator is small. Not an issue for us, as our stay was only a few nights, but if you were staying longer, it might be a problem.
There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent provided. Honestly, not a major problem and we just bought what we needed, but the welcome book says it will be provided.
There was only one extra roll of toilet paper provided. For a family of 4 for 5 days, this wasn't enough so we ended up having to buy some. Also, they provided only 1 bar of soap that had to serve as hand soap and for the shower. Would be nice if there was an extra.
Lastly, the listing says it will sleep 6, but I think 5 is more realistic. The sofa lays down into essentially a twin size bed. Would be hard to sleep 2 people on it unless they are small children.
As I said, overall we had a great time and loved this place. But if you are looking for extra amenities, this may not be the best place for you.

Everything was great, nice little home turned into apartments in a nice area with a great view. Only reason I'm leaving 4 star review is instructions for thermostat use were confusing and we had to buy a broom and few dish cloths to tidy up when leaving, and the blinds over the sliding glass door were broke (missing slats). Other than that I'd for sure rent again

This place says 6 could sleep there but pullout will definitely only fit two kids. The pullout fits three sitting up and then there’s one sitting chair with a broken leg in the living room. There’s one towel bar pulling out of the wall in the bathroom for everyone’s towel and no hand towels. No kitchen towels, no laundry detergent even though it says it’s provided and it’s one very small trash can for the kitchen. Also, there’s one small keurig with a removable pod that was dirty. Whoever is cleaning this place isn’t cleaning well, hair in the shower and the table wasn’t even wiped off.
