We stayed here on our trip to Zion NP.
The A/C broke during our stay and Phil went out of his way to get it fixed quickly and even refunded us for the two nights that A/C didn't work well. We really appreciate it!

The house is close to many of the mountain bike trail heads. The neighborhood is quite and has some good dining options nearby. I'd stay here again.

We loved Phil's property. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we might need. We had a very comfortable stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again.
