Private, cozy, home 20 MIN from Zion National Park, Sandy Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks w/beautiful red rock ledges views! Enjoy your time with family and friends in a QUIET neighborhood w/coffee house & grocery store in walking distance. Step out to a great patio to enjoy your cup 'o Joe (made in the coffee maker provided with FREE coffee!) or use the BBQ to grill and enjoy your meal outside on the patio furniture. Comfy beds and clean linens and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! The third bedroom is off the kitchen and is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. It was an add-on to the home off of the kitchen and has a Smart TV and a fireplace that is used to heat this room and a separate AC unit. It has a bunk bed and queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress.
There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat together between a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 6. We have 3 large TVs between the living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. We do not have cable as guests usually have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. account. We have NO STAIRS to climb as the house is all on one level. Both showers have grab bars to help with mobility issues. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one car. You can park in the garage and in the driveway as well as all along the roads at the front of the house and along the sides.

This house was so icky
The whole house needs an update. The kitchen was old and run down like a trailer park. The bathrooms hadn’t been updated for at least 20 years. Paint did not hide the poor condition of the trim and doors. The sheets were as thin as a paper napkin and the towels! Ugh! Sandpaper, mish mash of towels included some kitchen towels.
If we had not been gone all day visiting the park I would have looked for other accommodations. This house should be taken off as a listing until it is upgraded.

We loved staying here! We came with our 5 kids and felt the house accommodated us well. When we contacted the host about a very small wasp nest, they responded and came to take care of it. Definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to visit Zion or anything else local!

We loved our stay at Zion’s Redrock Cottage! Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of space for our adult kids and spouses to get good sleep and to hang out during the day. We would definitely stay here again!
