Host was wonderful, house was exactly as described. Easy check-in and out. Great communication and suggestions on local sights. Living room couches are insanely comfortable!! Kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great landing pad for us.

This comfortable, cozy house has a great floor plan; it is immaculate,, and will meet your every need. After our long drive from San Diego, Sunny greeted us with baked goods for the Christmas Holiday, and a bowl of fresh fruit. In addition to being a warm, gracious hostess, she gave us excellent information and advice. The government shutdown started the day before we arrived, and we were worried it would ruin our vacation. But Sunny supplied us with invaluable information regarding Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other activities in the area. She knew exactly what services and amenities were available to us during the shutdown, and printed the weather for the duration of our stay, and she marked off which hikes she recommended, and which were closed. From the moment we met Sunny, we knew our vacation was off to a great start. She was very approachable, and reachable if we had any questions. The house is located 27 minutes away from Zion National Park, and it is a scenic drive there. It is in a peaceful neighborhood, near a large grocery store, and close to Springdale, which has great restaurants, and is on the way to Zion. We had a wonderful time reconnecting with nature at Zion, and playing in the snow. We definitely recommend this home; we loved our stay!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and are already talking about renting it again when we go back to Zion. It's ~20 mins away from Zion National Park which was great. We drove into Springdale every day and caught the shuttle to the park. The home is very clean - I'm a germophob - and has everything you need (minus food).
Sunny was incredibly hospitable, provided a complementary bowl of fruit, park maps, free park giveaways, and even offered to meet us to tell us more about the park. Thank you, Sunny, for helping us have an incredible stay in an incredible state!
