We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

We had an amazing time! Big and spacious with great views! We had no issues with our stay! The kids loved being so close to the beach and having that at home feel!

Our visit was relatively short (from Wednesday to Sunday), but very nice. There were only 4 adults and 1 pet, so there was more than enough space for all of us to spread out. There is easily enough space for 10 or more. We love the layout of this property and that there are 2 rooms with king sized beds, which is uncommon. Typically only one room has a king size. The bathrooms & kitchen were clean, although the living room couch (brown) could really stand to be

We had an awesome experience at the Muldoon Beach house over the long Easter weekend. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to town and bigger than expected. The house was super clean and very well stocked with crispy linens, plenty of towels, premium beds, and all the cookware and glassware we could ever need. The whole experience had a premium feel right from booking all the way through checkout. I have zero reservations giving the highest recommendation of this house and the management agency! We will be staying here again for sure.
