***The board had to temporarily close the pier by the boat ramp on Sand Dune Drive. Several of the pilings have begun to give way, and the board believes the pier is unsafe to use, so it is closed. Until repairs begin on the pier, the boat ramp will remain open for use. Once repairs begin, the whole area will be off limits until the repairs are complete.***



PET FRIENDLY! – The Lazy Pelican West is half of a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath duplex, accommodating up to 10 guests. Both sides of the duplex can be rented together, connected by an interior pass-through door. The Lazy Pelican East is Vrbo #9563219. This home is perfect for large family gatherings, offering a kid-friendly beach just steps away and breathtaking sunsets!



Pet Policy: One dog (15 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay.

Location was nice and the back area with the water and dock were great! The house could use a deep clean and some lights down by the patio!

My family loves this place because of the pier for fishing and easy access to the beach. The house is clean easily accessible to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

I would say this is a nice place to stay being that it is on the lagoon. Fishing was fun off the pier. One can walk to the beach but it isn’t just a few steps. It had a couple maintenance issues, the grass was tall and they used a weed-eater to cut it down the second day, after I emailed them to please cut it. I felt like it should have been cut when we arrived. The back door handle was broken when we arrived which they would have fixed but we didn’t want maintenance disrupting our vacation. I am not complaining because overall we had a great stay. I would recommend it.
