Another great year #5 at Journeys End. Our grandchildren affectionately call it Granny’s Beach House. They are 8 and have been coming here since age 4. We just love it here. The house is so very nice (could not ask for more space) with the big back screened in porch overlooking the bay (probably see more marine life here than you do at the beach itself). Also has a pier right beside for fishing or relaxing on to watch the sunset. Quiet and secluded. Just a small walk or drive across the road over to the beach and two pools available for the community. The management team do an excellent job making sure clean and ready for your arrival. Also had one maintenance issue and the maintenance guy was out in no time to repair. In and out quickly and very nice. Looking forward to next year if able Would definitely come back. ❤️

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. The view is spectacular and you really are right on the bay. One of the best things about the house is the screen porch overlooking the bay. We spent a lot of time out there at all different times of the day. All of the bedrooms are a good size and each has a private bathroom. The pier next to the house is great. The community pool is very nice and the walk is less than 10 minutes. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The host was very responsive to all of our questions, and addressed any issues immediately. You might want to bring some extra towels if you have a large group. We had about 14 bath towels and 6 hand towels, so we had to stay on top of the laundry so that everyone had clean towels when needed. Also the ice maker in the fridge was small and slow for a large group, so you do need to buy extra ice. It's hard to keep a vacation rental clean in the time allotted between guests. There were a few areas that needed a little extra attention. We would stay here again and we would recommend this house to others who want a nice house in a private and peaceful setting.

The house is wonderful. It accommodates our entire family. We’ve been coming here for the past three years. The cleanest this time was horrible. There was no way it was touched. We had to rewash bedsheets had a muffin in the floor third floor was a mess. this is the first year this has happened. Everything else was wonderful as always. If it wasn’t for us stay in here before and never experience in this before I would have gave it a one star.
