Great location. Short walk to the beach and pool. Was perfect for the kids and older people who went. We had issues with aunts on the porch and by the stairs going to the second level. But none in the kitchen or anywhere else. The house has more than enough room for 14 people. Especially with 2 rollaway beds in the closets. We did have issues with the stove top working properly. It could have been user error. But would recommend checking it before you plan to cook a big meal. Also had trouble with the fridge staying cold. But again with 14 people the door could have been opened so much it just couldn’t keep up. Over all great place!

Group of 10, ages ranging from 14-45. The house was spacious and well stocked. Distance to the each was great! Lots of outdoor patio space to hang out in the morning and evening.

Wonderful location and great house for a family. My boys loved the games and we adults love the proximity to the beach.
