My family has been coming to Fort Morgan for 27 years to vacation and song by the sea property is way over my expectations. The owners pretty much has everything you need for an unbelievable vacation examples beach cart, chairs, shade tents, floats. kids toys everything! Just bring your clothes and a cooler. Home itself is well stocked beautiful home! Also last thing had 3 refrigerators we got ice at the beginning of the week had room to store 4 bags of 20lb ice meaning every morning no one is making a ice run for the day little things like this means a lot . I really can’t say enough about the property except my family and I will be back A

We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation. My grandchildren want to go back next year for our vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The pictures do not give the house justice though. It is better than they exhibit. Tommy was a phone call away for my questions. Wonderful experience! Beautiful house!
