Upstairs: One bunk room with a queen-over-twin and a twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for kids.
Provided For Your Stay: We provide all linens, bath towels (Hot tub towels not provided), and basic soaps. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the unit for your convenience.
Other things to note...
Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $85/day. This service must be requested after booking and typically maintains a water temperature of 80–85°F, depending on weather.
Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, toys, and a wagon. We do not provide beach towels.
Health & Safety: Your well-being is our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process between each guest stay.
Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home, monitoring outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the property.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including its two levels of decks and the private pool.
The property is beachfront, and your deck provides direct access to the shared beach, putting your toes in the sand just steps from your door.

The house and beach were wonderful. Grandkids loved the pool! Sunrise from top deck was breathtaking! Host was quick to respond and accommodating Will definitely go back!!!!

We had a fabulous stay! We were four couples - no kids tagging along. This was the perfect house for our needs. The home was comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and toiletries. The location was wonderful - just steps from the beach. The beach itself was not crowded at all like the more touristy areas. There were plenty of beach chairs available for use at the home, and it was so nice not to have to worry with bringing your own. The hosts responded quickly to every need we had. I’ve stayed at many homes in Fort Morgan, and this was probably our best overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, everything new and clean. We enjoyed having the pool and direct access to the beach. So nice to have beach chairs there (at least 10) and wagon with sand toys for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay, with no issues, and would book again!
