We have tripled the size of the deck. There is now room for multiple people to sunbath on the new deck lounge chairs next to our new heated pool (104 degrees).
Luxury Service! We can fully stock your fridge and pantry before you even arrive. Having food the moment you arrive is amazing. All of our luxury services are provided by our housekeeping company. See flyer for more details.
New Stainless Steel appliances. The kitchen has a walk in pantry as well. However, about 2-3 people is all that is comfortable though for being in the kitchen at one time.
Kitchen has a large walk in pantry to accommodate large families. We also have two refrigerators as well. The second refrigerator is on the ground floor so you can store any beverages you will take to the beach.
Our home installed top of the line Category 5 Hurricane windows in our last renovation. The views of the beach and ocean are outstanding.

Our home's unique name is "edens-waters."

We’re the owners and have just begun hosting our home on VRBO. We’ve rented it out since 2019, but because this is a brand-new listing under our account, reviews from previous stays won’t appear here yet.

This is a beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a gated community with a private heated pool. This 4700sqft home has very large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (can fit pack n plays!). Elevator, grill, and much more! Family friendly, PET friendly, and we offer luxury services for food delivery, baby, beach necessities! Magnificent sugar sand beaches and ocean views every floor. We Will Price Match! If you can show us an 8 bedroom directly on the ocean with a private pool we are happy to price match. Please message us if you are interested at all! We can't wait to see you at Eden's Waters!
