This property features a private yard with a new salt water pool and spa overlooking amazing mountain views. Sunbathe by the pool or relax in the spa. BBQ with your friends and loved ones and dine outside. Enjoy a glass of wine on the cooler nights next to the fire table. A six person patio dining table is perfect to enjoy breakfast or dinner while watching the sunset. For the warmer days the yard offers plenty of shade for guests to enjoy.
INDOORS
The formal living area features a comfortable sofa and chairs to relax A large 65in. Smart TV is provided for watching your favorite shows or movies. The family room features a comfy sectional and plenty of seating for entertaining friends or family. Living Room fireplace is for decor only and is non-working. The dining table seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of dishes, coffee maker, utensils - fully stocked with all of the necessary amenities and more! there's a pantry room off the laundry room. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the family room and garage. Property offers garage parking for one car with driveway accommodating two additional vehicles. Living Room fireplace is for decor only and is non-working.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features views of the beautiful backyard and mountain views. The main bedroom sliders give direct access to the pool area. Main bedroom features a king adjustable bed, spacious closet space, ceiling fan, 42in. SmartTV. The en-suite bath provides a glass-enclosed shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan and a work desk. The second guest room includes a queen adjustable bed, closet, ceiling fan and a 32in SmartTV. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

The location couldn’t be better. We would walk to restaurants, and shop El Paseo stores. Walk to the College of the Desert. Neighborhood is quiet and the birds sing. The home has many amenities: kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, serving pieces. Coffee maker, Nespresso, KitchenAid standing mixer. Vases and table linens. The rooms are decorated Palm Desert style. TV’s in every room. Back yard is private and the pool is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The place is great! The layout, amenities and location were perfect for us and our guests. It is as advertised. It totally has the Mid Century vibe. They did a good job with the use of gently used furnishings. It felt authentic.
There was only one surprise and that was the number of kitchen appliances! Margarita machine, slow cookers, professional Belgium waffle maker, juicers and so many pots and pans. The kitchen is small but incredibly well equipped.
The spa was perfect for the cooler weather we had. It took a while to make peace with the remote. Everyone loved the beds and pillows. The home was very clean. New carpet is coming, which is needed.
It’s less than a 10 minute walk to El Paseo. There are neighborhood cafes, delis and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Grocery store is 5 minutes by car. The neighborhood is very quiet.
Ashley, with the property management company, was terrific. She was efficient, courteous and upbeat.
All in all, it really is a gem.

Very nice house in a location close to El Paseo. They did a great job landscaping the backyard and pool. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with dressers to store our clothing.
Unfortunately the couches and other furniture in the living space was incredibly uncomfortable and was a challenge to figure out how to bring pillows in from the bedrooms to make it tolerable. The grill was also poor and unable to get hot enough to put a proper sear on meats and seafood.
