About this apartment rental
Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.
Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

This was a great 4th story unit. Everything was very clean. Parking was convenient next to elevator and steps, and the balcony view was way better than the photos! Great ocean and pool views from the shady balcony, plus you can clearly see the Kennedy Center rocket launch area in the distance. The pool was impeccably maintained with plenty of lounges. And one of the shorter walks to the beach in the area!

Great location in Cocoa beach. Being further south was quieter. Condo is older but clean and well maintained. The balcony views the beach, pool and building across from the pool so you can enjoy the beach when on the deck. Everything was there for a 2 week stay including kitchenware, laundry needs, and beach chairs. Had a little bad luck with AC going out and water turned off to the building for 2 hours. Both were taken care of quickly though. Only 1 night without AC. Good spot for the price. I would book it again.
