About this apartment rental
This is a DROP DEAD gorgeous unit available for daily rentals (2 nights min) Top Floor, Unit. 2-bedroom, 2-bath that is fully remodeled. It is very tastefully furnished with pillow top mattresses in the bedrooms and Leather sofas in the living room. There are Smart TV's in both the master bedroom and living room. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and the heated pool from the spacious balcony. The condo has an elevator and the front door is right next to the elevator.

Bedroom 2 two twin beds + rollaway bed, and pack’N’play
The unit is completed with beach towels, boogie board, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and an umbrella. Cable TV, DVD, streaming and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.
The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.
The unit is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Within a short walk, you can enjoy Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its seasonal festivals (surfing Santas), bike and beach rentals, live music, and selection of restaurants. Port Canaveral, the largest cruise ship port in the US, is only 5 miles away. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are all an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center is a short 15 minute drive from the unit.

Well stocked for 4 plus people - beach towels/ chairs/ cooler, some spices etc in kitchen, etc. Easy access to beach, outside showers, etc, in an uncrowded smaller condo. There was a bit of an odor to my sensitive nose - probably from the humidity. Owner was very gracious and understanding when we could not come because of the Helene threat and was a great communicator.

We had a great time my family reunion was a success we had a great weekend over 80 of my family members stayed in different units at Spanish Main it was everything we expected will definitely be back
