New updates for Fall guests: Brand new Haverty's furniture in the "kids" room, with new mattresses, TV, bedding and decor. We also added a super plush armchair to match our high end leather sofa and loveseat.
100% Locally Managed: No corporate middleman here. We own and personally maintain this condo to ensure flawless cleanliness and direct care for your stay.
Brand New Overhauls (2025/2026): We recently completed a full kitchen renovation designed for ultimate convenience, and added custom living room furniture, a massive 75-inch TV, and fresh bedding, towels, and dishes.
THE SPACE & AMENITIES
Step inside to a carpet-free, allergen-friendly space featuring high-end area rugs (frequently replaced) and a high-efficiency Trane AC system to keep you perfectly crisp after a day in the sun.
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Two Twin-sized beds (perfect for kids or friends).
Bathrooms: Stocked with complimentary boutique shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Tech & Fun: Fast, free WiFi for remote work or streaming, plus a retro Atari console with 120 classic games for evening family fun.
Laundry: In-unit full-size washer and dryer.
On checkout day, drink your morning coffee, pack at your own pace, and enjoy every last minute of your stay. While we take care of the heavy lifting, our housekeeper always appreciates it if you can start the dishwasher and pop the trash in the bin before you go. Other than that, just lock up behind you and have a safe trip home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler to use during our stay. The view was wonderful, and we had very easy access to the pool and the beach. I cannot say enough about how kind and communicative our hosts were. We had a great vacation and would stay here again!

This is such a great place to get away. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row now. We can’t wait to return. Doug and Kathy are fantastic hosts. The location and accommodations are just right.

This property is the best! Great oceanfront views, well stocked kitchen, plus lots of extras!! Beach chairs and toys, even sunscreen was available! Easy walkway to ocean! Everything was well maintained or brand new, very clean. The host responded very promptly to any concerns we had. The rocket launches are so easy to see, hear and feel from the balcony!! I will be coming back to this property!!

Everything you think you need and more. The hosts were amazing and welcoming. Great location for the on site amenities as well as being close to restaurants and shopping!
