About this apartment rental
This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.
Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

Unit includes on-site garage parking at NO ADDITIONAL charge. I don't know about you but I've stayed at places that added up to $50 per day to park the car.

Nice condo. Can see ocean a little on outside porch and master bedroom windows. Close to all kind restaurants and beach stores. Would go back. My only complaints is the sliding door to get to outside patio was hard as hell. Almost took the hulk to open and close. I also dont like clocks not being in bedrooms. But would go back but with something to sliding glass slide

This was our 2 year staying in Rex’s condo. He is an excellent host. The condo has anything you callus need in the kitchen and then some. Check in is as easy as putting in your personal code given to you a couple days before arrival. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for another great year at the beach!!! See you next year
