About this apartment rental
Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.
Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

This property was exactly as described. The views were wonderful from the balcony. If you use the stairs, moving from door to ground floor/ pool is quicker but the elevator is more convenient for moving luggage and beach toys. Great coffee breakfast shop right at the end of the driveway...yumm!

Dishwasher didn't clean dishes properly. Light bulbs were burned out. Sliding glass door and windows were difficult to use or broken. Floors were dirty when we walked around in just our socks or bare feet. Website did not state that the bathroom doorways were only 22 1/2 inches wide so the unit was not handicapped accessible.

The condo was decorated cute, but we had other issues. The washer and dryer set is very old and the dryer did not work. It only blew cool air. They did send a tech out to look at it and he was great, but when you have four girls you need to do laundry and it was a hassle. The tvs were really difficult to work as well. Again, the tech was great and fixed it, but it was still hard operate and just confusing..mainly the two on the bedrooms. The guest bedroom bed was was more of a bed on wheels and not comfortable since the headboard would hit the wall constantly. The furniture on the balcony was old and not comfortable. The stove top burners were uneven and made it hard to cook things. There is no ice maker. There were just things that could’ve been better. The building and elevators are old and need updating as well. Location was good and view from the balcony was good.
